Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Labourer to keep development sites tidy and support the site production team. You’ll open storage, prepare plots, unload deliveries, and assist trades.

Must hold a CSCS card, be self-motivated with good communication, have a full clean driving licence and be able to travel to various construction sites; team-first attitude required.

Job Summary

The Labourer is responsible for day to day housekeeping of our development sites and will give assistance to the site production team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Opening and securing storage containers and plots.
• Preparing job site and general site housekeeping.
• Site welfare cleaning.
• Unloading and storing deliveries.
• Aid the site team and specialised trades.
• Keep walk ways clear/traffic management
