Job summary

Its Building People is seeking a CSCS Labourer for a commercial site in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This temporary role starts on 02/12/2026, working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with potential overtime.

You will assist management, move materials and keep the site tidy. A CSCS card, own transport and full UK driving licence are preferred. References available on request.

Job description :

CSCS Labourer required for a commercial site. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Labourer to assist our client with a project based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Own Transport preferred.

This contract is Monday to Friday and there may be the option to do overtime.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the management team with daily tasks
• Moving materials
• General site tidy up

Requirements for the role

• A valid CSCS card
• Own Vehicle to drive as there no access public transport to site
• References upon request
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat.
• Own tools are required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Training/Progression opportunities:

• There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management
