A leading beverage company in East Kilbride is seeking a Labour Planner to manage workforce requirements and ensure alignment with production plans. Responsibilities include developing labour plans, managing relationships with labour providers, and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous planning experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Power BI and Excel.

East Kilbride Operations produce 20 million raw cases of drinks per year across their 4 production lines - 2 glass bottle, 2 PET bottle (plastic). This is the only site in GB that produces our Appletiser products in glass. There will be 220 employees by the end of 2025; site experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities both in East Kilbride and further afield across other GB sites and pan-Euro-pacific locations.
What to expect:
You will report to the Process Production Manager and be responsible for leading labour planning with site responsible for delivery of the site production plan and day to day workforce requirements.
