  • Collating labor requirements from site supervision.
  • Inputting site labor requirements into the Native system daily.
  • Reviewing CV outputs from Native and sending to site teams.
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Carrying out other relevant duties as required.

To support the operation of the BAM Labour Desk, including administration, coordination of information and communications between delivery teams, the Works Superintendent and the commercial teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft systems including Excel, email, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in the application and use of information technology including databases.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Full clean driving license and access to a car. Willingness to travel between construction sites.
  • Office/site working 5 days a week. No opportunity for flexible working.

  • Taking ownership of the work assigned to you.
