An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Lowick site, we are currently looking to recruit temporary harvest workers to join our business on a full-time basis during the current harvest season (July to September / October). The successful individual will also coordinate and deliver a high standard of production, quality/quantity, and excellent customer service across grain storage and handling, while creating and maintaining a great place to work culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operating the site's weighbridge facility
2. Providing excellent customer service to lorry drivers and farmers visiting the site
3. Taking seed samples from lorries
4. Basic laboratory analysis of seed intake samples
5. Basic laboratory analysis of inline production samples
6. Assisting with seed analysis
7. Assisting with general yard management
8. General administration and record keeping
9. General cleaning and maintenance of operational areas

Skills and Experience:
