Regent’s University London is looking to appoint a Laboratory Technician in Psychology who will join a dynamic and supportive team.
The Psychology Lab Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the Psychology Laboratory, including the administration of the Psychology test library and assistance with the design of computer- and lab-based experiments.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience of using specific psychological equipment (e.g., virtual reality headsets, eye tracking, BIOPAC) and demonstrating this equipment to undergraduate and postgraduate students as part of recruitment events, taught courses and research projects.
Candidates should also have expertise in relevant disciplinary software (e.g., SPSS, NVIVO, Qualtrics, Gorilla, PsyToolkit), and experience in supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students with research projects, including qualitative and quantitative design and analysis.
