Job summary

You will support customer turnaround times, assist with instrument maintenance, data entry, and adherence to the safety program, 5S, and CAPA processes, contributing to a safe, efficient lab environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production laboratory environment.
• Current on all mandatory POLARIS training (Core Document Training).
• Internal candidates must have 12 months with no written warnings.
• A satisfactory 90-day review is on file.

Responsibilities

• Manage use of common software and data entry in LIMS and paperwork.
• Meet daily production while maintaining quality standards; troubleshoot instrument issues.
• Adhere to work instructions and quality system; maintain audits for tests and documentation.
• Support safety program; report incidents and maintain PPE usage.
• Communicate business needs and support Kaizens; assist with Lean initiatives.
