Skills 4 Pharmacy is seeking an enthusiastic Laboratory Technician Apprentice to support day-to-day laboratory activities in the UK. You will assist with tests, prepare samples, and help maintain a clean, safe working environment while receiving training and guidance.

You will develop practical lab skills, record results accurately, and follow health and safety procedures. A willingness to learn, good attention to detail and basic IT skills are valued as you progress toward higher qualifications.

Qualifikationen

As a Laboratory Technician Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day work of the laboratory, assisting with testing, preparing samples and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will be trained and supported throughout the apprenticeship.

Key duties include:

• Assisting with laboratory tests and experiments under supervision
• Preparing samples, materials and equipment for testing
• Accurately recording results and maintaining laboratory records
• Cleaning, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment
• Following health & safety procedures and quality standards

Basic IT skills

GCSEs (or predicted grades), particularly Maths and Science, are desirable but not essential, GCSEs in Maths, English, and a science subject (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 or equivalent.
