Sustainable Talent is teaming up with a global leader in the clinical diagnostics, environmental, food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics testing as well as in agro-sciences CRO (Contract Research Organization) services to grow their team.

This position is based in Lancaster, PA and is a Temp to Hire position. Pay between $18-$20/hr based on experience.

The schedule for this role is: M-F 12p- 8p with slight flexibility (10a-6p).

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving

· Interfaces with clients to resolve specimen issues.

· Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies that enhance pre-analytical efficiencies.

· Works with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendation to management.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies.

· Assists department as needed with routine operations

· Supports business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics

· In order to meet the quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

· High School diploma or equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· 1 – 2 years' experience

· New to the clinical laboratory testing environment

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong Communication Skills and analytical skills
