Responsibilities

  • Maintain calibration register and inform supervisor when calibration is due.
  • Plan, set up, and undertake shelf-life studies, including stability testing of products over time.
  • Produce gravimetric recipes with supervisor checks.
  • Conduct analysis for other parts of the business, produce certificates of analysis, and accurately record data.
  • Inspect pressure gauges and monitoring devices regularly; report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Perform pre-fill and post-fill inspections before cylinders are released.
  • Ensure cylinders are properly maintained; remove from service if maintenance or repair is needed.
  • Label cylinders accurately and record data meticulously.
  • Maintain accurate cylinder filling records and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Keep the lab area clean and organized, maintaining a professional environment.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
