Full-time or part-time considered - Term Time Plus 10 Days

Scale 3 Points 6 to 8 £25,989 - £26,824 pro-rata

(salary based on 37 hours (full-time) will be £23,621 - £24,380 per annum)

About the role

The West Bridgford School requires a Laboratory Technician to become part of a team, working in a large and supportive Science Department. Technicians are required to provide practical support within all Sciences. The hours and days worked can be negotiated at interview.

Requirements
  • The successful applicant will have a scientific background, experience and flexibility, and basic ICT skills (spreadsheets and word processing).
  • Experience of a school environment is not essential but flexibility and personality will be key factors in the appointment.
  • The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
