Planet Pharma are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flexi Lab Technician to join our dynamic Quality Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting trained scientists with a variety of laboratory tasks, ensuring that all work is performed in strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) procedures. Full training will be provided to ensure you develop the skills necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare samples and assist in conducting Finished Product QC release testing under daily supervision.
2. Utilize laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, UV spectrometers, Karl Fischer titrators, FT-IR, TLC, and dissolution testers to perform routine analyses.
3. Support the printing and documentation processes using Qumas and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
4. Follow written instructions carefully to ensure proper execution of tests and protocols.
5. Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment in compliance with 5S principles.
6. Manage daily tasks, ensuring completion within allocated time frames with guidance and supervision.
7. Adhere to risk assessments and COSHH guidelines in the performance of tasks.
8. Maintain compliance with GMP, including sticking in, archiving, and ComplianceWire tasks.
9. Contribute to laboratory productivity with minimal errors and ensure that work is completed "Right First Time."
10. Ensure all tasks are conducted in compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards.

Education and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.
2. Basic knowledge of corporate standards, site policies, and Zydis behaviors is beneficial.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to following procedures and protocols.
4. Ability to follow written instructions accurately and precisely.

Physical Requirements:

1. Regular sitting, standing, and walking.
2. Occasional lifting (0-15 pounds).
3. Frequent use of computer monitors and reading written documents.
4. Ability to work in a busy laboratory environment with occasional noise.
5. Access to a quiet desk area for computer-based tasks.

Working Environment:

1. The primary work area is the chemistry laboratory on the ground floor, which is a busy, dynamic environment.
2. A hot desk area is available for quieter work, such as computer-based tasks or write-up activities.
