Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland in Gloucestershire is seeking a Lab Technician to join our Quality team. You will perform laboratory testing and data evaluation to support quality assurance and drive improvements within our manufacturing environment.

You will monitor quality data, assist with audits, maintain quality reports, and contribute to root-cause investigations while applying HACCP and microbiology knowledge in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Laboratory testing or quality assurance experience.
• Understanding of microbiology and aseptic techniques.
• HACCP and Food Hygiene knowledge.
• Experience of audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Location: Severnside, Old Ends Lane, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. GL10 2DG

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Salary: £34,300.38

Contract: Full Time, permanent
