The Role: Laboratory Technician

As a Laboratory Technician at Frederic Robinson Ltd, you'll be hands-on in ensuring every pint meets the highest standards. From running essential quality control checks to troubleshooting issues and maintaining lab equipment, you'll help keep our operation smooth, safe, and top-notch.

Shift rotation: Once trained, you’ll work a rotating shift pattern (6–2, 7–3, 11–7, 3–11), with initial training on the 7–3 shift. Flexibility is key — and we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Run lab tests and inspections with pinpoint accuracy
• Log results clearly and raise any red flags right away
• Keep lab equipment clean, calibrated, and ready to go
• Stay sharp on safety, and speak up about any risks
• Jump into new processes, tools, and shifts as needed
• Share your knowledge and support other technicians
• Help create a tidy, efficient, high-performing lab
