A vacancy has become available for a Science Laboratory Technician for 35 hours per week to work and support the teaching and learning needs of the students at Wrotham School.

The candidate will need to have Maths and English at GCSE grade C or above, with previous experience (and/or) an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject as essential. However, there is an opportunity for this role to be filled by an unqualified candidate, with the expectation that should you be successful, you will complete the relevant training towards a recognised qualification.

The role is term-time only plus 1 Staff Development Day and attracts the following salary, based on level of qualification:

• Kent Range 7 (Qualified) at £26,515 - £28,850 (pro-rata for 35 hours a week)
• Kent Range 5-6 (Unqualified) at £24,040 - £26,383 (pro-rata for 35 hours a week)
