Compensation and Benefits

1. C.£30,000
2. 5-10% annual discretionary bonus
3. 4% Employer Pension Contribution
4. 25 Days Holiday + banks/increase by one day each year
5. 08:30-16:30, Monday-Friday, early finish on Fridays
