We're Hiring: Laboratory Technician – Molecular Diagnostics

Cambridge | Full-time | On-site

We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Laboratory Technician to support vital diagnostic testing in our modern Cambridge lab.

What you’ll do:

• Perform molecular techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, immunoassays)
• Handle clinical samples with care and precision
• Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and lab compliance
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team
• Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe, well-organised lab environment

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of molecular biology principles
• Previous lab experience – especially in diagnostics or clinical settings
• A team player with excellent attention to detail and a love for problem-solving
