Responsibilities and duties of the Laboratory Team Leader role

Reporting to the R & D Leader, you will:

1. Lead and inspire a team of skilled laboratory professionals
2. Oversee laboratory policies, procedures, and compliance with industry standards (ISO, GLP, GMP)
3. Manage budgets, resources, and consumables efficiently
4. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art equipment

8. Perform other duties as required

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• A degree or PhD in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
• Full UK Driving Licence
