3 Shift Pattern - Mornings Afternoons and Nights

Are you experienced working in a waste facility and want to progress up the ranks? Do you want the opportunity to increase your earnings with overtime and enhanced night pay?

This company have been long established in the waste management industry and plan to continue to grow and progress the careers of their employees to help them become the biggest in the market. They operate in different types of hazardous waste to ensure all are disposed of safely and correctly.

This role involves comprehensively managing waste streams from acceptance and storage, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines, to efficient dispatch and financial reconciliation. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, optimising disposal costs, and actively contributing to health, safety, and environmental objectives across the site.

The Role:

  • Oversee waste from acceptance and storage through to dispatch and financial reconciliation.
  • Actively contribute to site-wide health, safety, and environmental objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and safety guidelines while optimising disposal costs and maintaining accurate stock records.

The Person:

  • Experience in a Waste facility
  • Happy to work 3-shift pattern
  • Happy working in dirty environments
