What You Will Do

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wet lab, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining lab equipment.
2. Conduct chemical analyses and tests on electroplating baths to ensure optimal performance.
3. Perform rigorous quality checks on plated components, using precision measuring instruments to verify thickness, adhesion, and other critical parameters.
4. Document inspection results meticulously and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
5. Develop and implement quality control protocols to enhance product reliability and address quality issues in collaboration with production teams.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to electroplating and quality assurance, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

What You Will Bring

1. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a wet laboratory or quality inspection role, preferably within the electroplating or manufacturing industry.
3. A strong understanding of chemical analysis techniques and quality assurance practices.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
