Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to manage a large demonstration laboratory and ensure readiness for customer demonstrations, testing and seminars. You will coordinate equipment, samples and inventory while maintaining high health and safety standards.

The role focuses on organisation and readiness, enabling Sales Engineers, Product Managers and customers to engage with cutting‑edge instrumentation in a compliant, well‑run environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or analytical environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety in a lab.
• Comfortable working with customers and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the demonstration laboratory.
• Prepare the lab for demonstrations, testing and seminars.
• Maintain safety, COSHH compliance and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate setup of analytical instrumentation for demos.
• Support customer visits, seminars and events.
• Collaborate withSales Engineers, Product Managers and Operations.
