Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Safety management, including writing risk assessments.
• Experience in automotive and/or testing background.

Responsibilities

• Control of work ticket system to ensure prompt staffing.
• Motivate and mentor team members to exceed departmental goals.
• Conduct Objective Setting and Mid-Year Reviews for technician team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

High level of IT literacy, particularly Word & Excel
