Sinomine Specialty Fluids is the world’s leading supplier of cesium formate fluids to the oil and gas industry. Since 1999, we have supplied many of the largest oil and gas companies with these remarkable fluids for their most challenging drilling, completion, intervention, and workover operations.

With over 400 successful formate applications behind us, we can ensure the best cesium formate fluid formulations are provided to our clients for well construction operations.
About the Opportunity
We align our apprenticeships with our business needs. Therefore, you will be involved in activities in our laboratory at our headquarters in Aberdeen right from the start. Our apprenticeships last around 2 years and over that time you will learn from hands-on experience whilst we support you in working towards achieving your HNC in Applied Science (Chemistry / Biology).

What qualities are required?
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and driven with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as strong computer skills.
Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have 5 at grades A*-C/9-5 (or equivalent) including Maths and Chemistry - whilst desirable, this is not essential.
