Location – BretbySalary – £25,000-£28,000 DOEAre you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience of using GC in a previous analytical role?A leading and successful provider of analytical testing are currently seeking an Analyst to join the team at their site in Derbyshire. The company provide analytical services to the environmental sector and are looking for an Analyst with some prior industrial experience with GC to join the inorganics team.Role Overview

  • Analysis of environmental samples using a range of techniques, predominantly Gas Chromatography with various detectors.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards such as UKAS ISO17025 and GLP.
  • Permanent Full Time role. 39 hours per week, Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat Shifts available.
Requirements
  • Essential: Previous experience within an industrial/commercial Laboratory using GC-MS, GC-FID and GC-ECD .
  • Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
