Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a Labelling & Packing Operative to join a specialist manufacturing team in Harlow. The role is long‑term temporary with an immediate start and expected to run until the end of the year.

You will initially label boxes, pack canisters, and follow SOPs, wearing PPE in a dehumidified production area. Training is provided, with potential for additional duties as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
• Reliable and punctual approach to work.
• Comfortable working in a PPE-controlled environment.
• Production/packing/warehouse/manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately labelling boxes and bags.
• Packing canisters for dispatch.
• Following established work instructions and procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Soldering (on request/after training).
• Pressure-lock testing (on request/after training).
• Final product inspection and quality checks.
