What You'll Do

BCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility.

The People Strategy and Analytics team for LAB (London, Amsterdam, Brussels) plays a key role in executing the people agenda. By partnering closely with the People Functions and applying deep analytical expertise, the team supports strategic decision-making and brings people data to life through impactful analysis and visualization.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain full ownership of the CT workforce planning model and processes, proactively engaging with People Function Leads to enhance data quality, reporting findings to the LAB People and Analytics Senior Manager to enable strategic decision making
  • Collaborate with the LAB People & Operations Executive Director and LAB People Chair to support implementation of the LAB People Strategy
  • Own and strengthen cross-functional relationships with People Function Leads, driving collaborative execution on analytics projects, ensuring effective handover and creation of BAU processes
  • Ownership of Excel model used for Consulting annual bonus process (1200 FTE). Partner with the Career Development team to ensure accuracy of inputs and final outcomes
  • Lead analysis for regulatory and DEI reporting (e.g., UK Gender pay gap), collaborate with the LAB Diversity & Inclusion Manager to visualize and present the findings for Internal/external communications
  • Serve as a champion for BCG’s AI tools within the team and across business services, staying at the forefront of innovation and encouraging widespread adoption
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and contribution to team goals


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years minimum industry experience preferred
  • Prior people and/or process management experience preferred
  • Experience in a similar HR data analytics / HR MI reporting role preferred
  • Advanced competency in Excel is essential
  • An understanding of HR functions within a large/complex organization
  • Experience working with complex datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and implement within a team
  • Ability to provide insights into data and reports and bring the information to life
  • Be able to balance multiple processes and work independently
  • Able to take ownership of projects and drive them forward
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders while working in a collaborative team environment
  • Fluency in English
