Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Mobility Specialist for LAB People Team in London. The role focuses on transfers, mobility coordination, and Pathways elective processes, with close collaboration across HR, onboarding, and global mobility teams.
You will maintain case-tracking data, support onboarding milestones, and contribute to analytics and reporting for CBW and immigration compliance. This is a 12-month temporary role with hybrid office presence in London.
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
As a Mobility Specialist within BCG's LAB People Team, you'll play a central role in delivering a smooth, transfer experience for staff moving in and out of the London office, at a time of significant growth in transfer volumes. Working closely with the Mobility Senior Specialist and Mobility Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day coordination of the Transfer Committee and a dedicated Associate/Senior Associate transfer population while also supporting the LAB Pathways elective process end-to-end.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll be a regular point of contact for transferring offices, CDAs, elective owners, HR and onboarding teams, and Global Programme colleagues, so strong organisation and clear, confident communication are essential.
Alongside your core mobility and Pathways responsibilities, you'll contribute a portion of your time to analytics and reporting that supports the wider Mobility & Immigration team, including Immigration and cross-border compliance.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy managing multiple moving parts at once, take pride in accuracy and attention to detail, and are comfortable picking up new systems and processes quickly.
What You'll Bring
At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person collaboration plays an important role in our culture, mentorship, and professional development.
This is a 12-month temporary role supporting the Mobility & Immigration Team during a period of team absence and reintegration. For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
We aim to provide a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters connection and teamwork.
