Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and environment is required.
• Candidate should be proactive, flexible and physically capable of lifting heavy items.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Health and safety awareness is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of medical gas cylinders and move to allocated usage area.
• Disconnect empty cylinders and move to designated storage for collection.
• Receive deliveries of pathology-related goods and distribute to laboratories.
• Replenish stock in cold and ambient stores and working areas as required.
• Monitor stock levels and inform managers when reordering is needed.
• Escalate issues to Soft Service Supervisor promptly.
• Work with cleaning team to prepare laboratory coats for collection and store correctly.
• Use CAFM system to raise, progress and close tasks.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain site attire.
• Attend training and report near-misses or good catches per policy.
