Overview

Are you passionate about e-retail and luxury beauty? Then the E-Retail Manager role for La Prairie & Chantecaille may be of interest to you. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth and managing key e-retail accounts across the UK & Ireland, optimising brand presence, and delivering strong sales performance while ensuring a best-in-class online experience for both brands.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and grow the e-retail performance of La Prairie and Chantecaille in the UK and Ireland.
  • Responsible for managing key e-retail accounts, optimising brand presence, and driving sales through digital channels in the UK market.
  • Responsible for trade investments across e-retail accounts, managing KPIs and ROI measurement
Main Accountabilities

E-Retail Strategy & Account Management:

  • Build and deliver a business acceleration strategy for the La Prairie and Chantecaille UK & Ireland e-retail business.
  • Create a differentiated plan by e-retailer and brand, in-line with each brands’ annual calendars and priorities.
  • Develop and leverage strong relationships with all UK e-retail partners
  • Proactively make proposals to test-and-learn and adapt to business trends and ad-hoc needs.

Performance, Reporting and Analysis:

  • Responsible for setting and achieving weekly/monthly/annual e-retail sales targets for La Prairie and Chantecaille.
  • Monitor sell-out performance, analyse trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Track competitor activity and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Produce regular e-retail performance reports with actionable insights.

Digital Merchandising & Marketing Activation:

  • Oversee e-retail presence for both brands, ensuring best-in-class experience.
  • Adapt and deliver assets for new and existing SKUs, ensuring timely upload of assets, copy, banners, etc.
  • Leverage retailer relationships to secure free-of-charge site visibility and editorial inclusion.
  • Manage and optimize the retailer digital coop media budgets with an aim to achieve strong visibility, traffic and conversion KPIs.
  • Work with the La Prairie regional digital team and regional digital media agency to ensure all La Prairie regional media buys reflect and support the UK strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Own the commercial calendar for both brands, leveraging sampling, GWP and promotional activities in accordance with brand priorities and + objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with wider La Prairie and Chantecaille marketing teams to ensure cohesive omnichannel execution.
  • Work with Operations team to manage forecasts, stock availability and value-added services.
  • Identify cross-brand synergies and simplifications to improve current processes.
  • Support growth and development of La Prairie Marketing Assistant.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Significant experience in UK e-retail, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of UK beauty e-retail landscape and e-commerce best practices.
  • Experience with key beauty e-retailers a plus
  • Full understanding of e-retail KPIs and the levers to drive performance.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with a diverse stakeholder set.
  • Experience with key beauty e-retailers a plus
