The Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice in Blackpool, you will work as part of a team to support the learning and development of students aged 5-16 years. You'll gain hands-on experience in the classroom while receiving structured training from Pareto to achieve your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
3. Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
4. Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
5. Monitoring and recording student progress.
6. Supporting student's social and emotional well-being.
7. Participating in training sessions and completing coursework with Pareto.
8. Following school policies and procedures, particularly those related to safeguarding.
