About the Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school setting in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

As a Level 3 TA, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality support to individual pupils and small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with planning and classroom management
  • Supporting children with SEN or those with EHCPs, particularly in areas like communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation
  • Contributing to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a UK primary school setting
  • Confidence in delivering interventions and supporting diverse learners
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Tradewind
