Job summary

Little Elms Daycare Beckenham is seeking Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses to work as bank staff on a zero hours contract. You may cover shifts across all seven nurseries, traveling between sites as required.

The role offers an hourly rate of £16 and a supportive, family-run environment that values staff input and progression opportunities. Applicants should have a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, nursery experience, and strong communication skills.

We are looking for Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses to work as bank staff covering shifts working on a zero hours contract across our 7 nurseries.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Willing to travel and cover our 7 nurseries if required
• A full & relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery
• An interest in working with young children (from 0-5 years)
• Team player
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to use initiative
• A passion for the Early Years
