L3 Early Years Practitioner - Term Time

Banana Moon Stoke Poges is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Early Years Professional to join our Baby Room/Toddler Room. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children, learning through fun and engaging play. You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family-friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, families, and staff.

Full time role.

Salary: £13 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child.
2. Encourage and support children to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.
3. Adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements following the education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure the highest possible inspection grading.
4. Promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery whilst providing excellent customer care.
5. Act as a named co-ordinator relevant to their skills or training as designated by the Nursery Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A full and relevant level 3 qualification.
2. DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector.
3. Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate.
