Job summary

Parish Church of England Primary School, St Helens, is seeking an L3 Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our dedicated team. The role involves supervising groups of children and supporting teaching staff to create an inclusive, safe and nurturing learning environment for early years learners.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior staff, assist with classroom routines, and contribute to raising standards in pupil achievement while aligning with our Christian ethos

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting children across primary age ranges.
• Aware of good practice in supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing.
• Able to deliver small group sessions to help deepen children’s understanding.
• Proactive in their approach to maintaining high standards.
• Able to maintain a positive outlook.
• Eager to develop their skills and abilities.
• Able to motivate and inspire all children.
• Sympathetic to the Christian ethos of our school.
