Job Title: Level 2 / 3 Early Years Practitioner

Location: Cheltenham

Job Description

We are currently working with a nursery based in Cheltenham that is seeking a Level 2 / 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis.

This role offers flexibility regarding the room placement. You will be responsible for key children within your assigned room.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all children are engaged in age-appropriate activities.
2. Uphold all setting policies and prioritize safeguarding.
3. Support maintaining ratios across different age groups and rooms.
4. Work with your key children to monitor progress and ensure development.

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with children within the last 3 years.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to complete a DBS application.
• Willing to work across different rooms if needed in the nursery.
