The company is seeking multiple 1st and 2nd Line Network Support Engineers to join their team. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing critical support for WAN/LAN networks and security products, ensuring timely resolutions. As part of the team, you will work with various Cisco technologies such as Nexus, Catalyst, Firepower, DNA, and Cisco ISE, as well as Fortinet and F5 load balancers.

Key Requirements:

• Cisco Technologies knowledge at the CCNA level (certification is not mandatory).
• Training will be provided to achieve CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Experience with networking technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, F5, etc.) is preferred but not essential.

The client is flexible and does not require experience with all of the listed technologies, as roles will be allocated based on individual experience and skills.
