About the role
Our Talent Systems Team sits at the heart of our Learning & Development function, enabling the systems and processes that deliver a strong learning experience to our Boots colleagues. The L&D Systems Specialist will work closely with internal teams and our external technology partners to enhance the performance and usability of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement, identifying system enhancements, and ensuring learning content is delivered effectively and efficiently to our colleagues.
