L'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Education Coordinator

I am the Multi-Brand Education Co-ordinator. I support all administrative aspects of the team's multi-brand Education activities. I work autonomously and foster collaboration between teams, functions, and external partners. My role is vital in supporting the team to execute the Education and Retail Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Education
  • Manage all administration and call handling for the MB Training team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Beauty Advisors, MB Trainers, and Area Managers.
  • Organize venues, catering, travel, and accommodation for Beauty Advisor trainings and conferences.
  • Oversee the budget expenditure for the MB Training team.
  • Maintain current stock levels of training materials such as literature, service tools, and workbooks.
  • Organize multi-brand BA conferences and support retailer conferences.
  • Support One Retail Admin/content for MB activities.
  • Order and maintain stock of Beauty Advisor and Beauty Expert uniforms.
  • Assist the wider training team with ad hoc projects.
Retail & Transversal Projects
  • Support organization of Retail/Sales Drives for Field & Head Office teams, including booking meeting rooms, travel, and catering.
  • Prepare Sales/Retail Drive materials.
  • Coordinate Pre-Series & Marketing materials for the field team.
General Administration
  • Support purchase order processes and web cycles.
  • Manage files and folders for the MB Training team.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support.
