Job Description:
As a Fragrance Expert, you will have a true passion for fragrance and be able to talk confidently about the products on offer, providing luxury customer service. You’ll be target-driven, skilled in traffic stopping, and storytelling to enhance fragrance sales.
Master Category Knowledge
- Have a full understanding of all fragrance products and update the team’s product knowledge where necessary.
- Attend, engage, and participate in all brand training, and implement afterwards.
- Monitor Icon products daily.
- Be aware of competitors’ products and activity, communicating relevant information to line manager.
- Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the fragrance market.
- Promote brand expertise in fragrance.
Execute Business & Operations
- Complete all personal paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time.
- Be aware of account and personal targets and KPIs.
- Monitor stock levels, following retailer guidelines, raising issues to line manager.
- Offer creative ideas for new business, focusing on product launches and anniversaries.
- Abide by boutique rules and regulations.
- Deliver luxury service at all times, inviting customers back for future appointments.
- Generate retail sales through in-store events, focusing on fragrance.
- Make personalized product and sample recommendations.
- Focus on cross-selling and recruiting new customers.
- Use confident communication and presentation skills with customers.
- Maximize sales during busy periods by traffic stopping.
- Develop the fragrance business to increase market share and brand ranking.
- Show passion for people and products.
- Follow grooming guidelines to promote brand image.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic work area, adhering to hygiene rules.
- Ensure communication standards are met.
- Provide high-level customer service, completing all transaction steps.
