• You will proactively approach customers warmly, inspiring them with Lancôme's heritage of scandal and freedom in beauty.
• You will be self-driven, motivated to meet sales targets, and occasionally act as the sole ambassador for your team. We embrace breaking beauty rules and leading innovation.
• Your induction includes regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers, along with online modules and a full training session at our head office in Hammersmith, London.
• You will participate in ongoing team trainings on new launches, application techniques, and product testing.
• You will have access to e-learning modules for personal development, supported by our excellent training programs.
• We support your career growth towards roles like Counter Manager, Business, or Area Manager.
