Job summary

HCL Insurance BPO Services Limited is seeking an experienced L&D Trainer in the UK to design, deliver, and evaluate training for insurance staff. You will run inductions, teach technical systems, and ensure FCA compliance while supporting Consumer Duty requirements.

Responsibilities include facilitating sessions across formats, identifying skill gaps, and building digital modules and SOPs. A strong background in life and pensions training and LMS administration is essential.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning sessions for new starters and existing teams.
• Train staff on FCA guidelines, Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly, and handling vulnerable clients etc.
• Identify skills gaps by working closely with operational managers and quality teams.
