Job Description:

A fabulous global business consultancy, which works with organizations and business leaders to build companies that are profitable and positively impact staff and society, is seeking a client-focused Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing workshops, conferences, and other learning and development projects, and managing external client relationships.

If you are looking for a challenging and interesting career role with great potential and a good work/life balance, this could be the perfect opportunity. Besides a competitive salary, you will have the chance to work entirely remotely, supported by a fantastic team, with monthly meetups in London.

All team members work a 4-day week, with flexible patterns—either four full days or five shorter days.

This company values people, so excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential. You should also be capable of managing multiple projects, working within budgets, tracking financials accurately, and demonstrating superb organizational skills.

The scope and size of projects will vary.

This role suits someone interested in organizational psychology who enjoys a busy, rewarding, and dynamic environment, and seeks a company that promotes ethical business practices and social responsibility.

You should possess the following attributes and skills:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team-oriented, able to work with various stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Client-focused, with experience leading client-facing projects and communication

If you have relevant project management experience and are seeking a new challenge within a caring, close-knit team, please send your CV.

Suitable backgrounds include learning and development, consultancy, advertising, creative industries, or events.

While this role is remote, you will be an integral part of the team. You should enjoy working autonomously, owning projects, and be willing to collaborate and assist others.

Thank you for your interest. We may not respond to every applicant due to our small team, but you can view other vacancies at www.bisrecruit.com. Best wishes in your job search! ~ Bis Recruit
