We're partnering with a dynamic, internationally operating organisation in their search for a Learning & Development Partner. Based in Manchester, you will lead their L&D agenda from a local base while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders globally. What you\'ll be doing

As the L&D Partner, you\'ll lead key talent development initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. Your focus areas will include:

  • Designing and delivering early careers programmes, including internships and graduate schemes
  • Creating clear career pathways and progression frameworks
  • Leading succession planning and talent identification strategies
  • Delivering engaging learning experiences, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent and quality employee experience
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-potential employees
What we\'re looking for

To succeed in this role, you\'ll bring:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in designing and implementing impactful programmes
  • A strong track record in early careers development and career path design
  • Experience with succession planning and leadership development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams and locations
  • Experience within a global matrix or multi-site environment (highly desirable)
