Contract Opportunity: Learning Partner (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Middlesex, 2 days per week onsite

Contract: Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Sector: Pharma – Commercial Learning

A global pharmaceutical leader is seeking an experienced Intercontinental Learning Partner to support commercial launches across international markets. This strategic role focuses on planning, designing, and implementing learning strategies aligned with brand and market access priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of commercial learning launch plans across international markets
  • Collaborate with commercial, medical, and market access stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into measurable learning strategies
  • Work closely with EU and global learning teams to shape content and delivery
  • Integrate cross-functional input from asset, patient, and evidence teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support digital learning innovation

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years' experience in pharma learning roles, preferably with international exposure
  • Strong background in commercial launch readiness and learning program design
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
  • Project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency with learning tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
  • Experience working across diverse geographies, including East and West markets
