Your new role

This is a comprehensive L&D / OD people development position. Responsibilities include identifying, designing, and implementing organisational and business unit development solutions to ensure skills and capabilities align with strategic goals. You will identify opportunities for performance improvement at organisational, product, and personal levels, using various OD theories, tools, and techniques. Building strong relationships to understand people and performance needs and delivering effective L&D programs are essential.

What you'll need to succeed

A solid background in L&D/OD/People development with relevant experience and credibility. Key skills include:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in learning research, design, facilitation, training delivery, project and programme management, and coaching
  • Proven experience in organisational development, learning & development, or HR roles with a focus on partnership
  • Experience designing and delivering behavioural and team development training
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop leadership capabilities
  • IT literacy, including MS Office and design software
  • Strong project management skills for OD initiatives
  • Knowledge of learning technologies & systems
  • Relevant qualifications in OD, L&D, or HR are desirable
  • Accreditations in coaching, mentoring, and OD diagnostics are advantageous
