Role Introduction
Support the Learning and Development function in delivering strategic digital solutions for employee development. Identify digital solutions using content, learning pathways, and skills-based pathways to support career progression.
What You Will Do
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) — oversee daily administration, content curation, and usage to support business goals.
- Oversee digital learning delivery by identifying content to support key development areas.
- Implement and manage the Talent Marketplace (Cornerstone).
- Lead the implementation of Extended Enterprise solutions, working with Enablement Teams to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
- Identify development needs using data from TMP to maintain a skills-based view of the organization.
- Handle reporting and data analysis from all learning software outputs.
- Collaborate with the Performance and Talent Product team to enhance support and utilization of P&T products.
- Use data to analyze learning trends and requirements, creating skills and career pathways based on TMP data.
What You Will Have
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Understanding of skills frameworks and taxonomies.
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS/LXP (preferred).
- Strong data analysis skills.
