Primark Stores Limited is seeking an L&D Delivery Specialist to drive learning initiatives across onboarding, technical skills, customer experience and leadership development. You will manage end-to-end programmes, coordinate with multiple departments, and measure impact through ROI analysis.

The role supports a hybrid work model in the UK. You will collaborate with a range of teams to ensure effective delivery, tracking of learning outcomes, and ongoing improvement across Primark’s learning

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

What You’ll Do as a L&D Delivery Specialist

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

• Conduct learning needs analysis and stakeholder discovery to identify development requirements and shape local L&D strategies.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programmes across onboarding, technical skills, customer experience, career progression, and leadership development.
• Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple learning initiatives, including Apprenticeship Levy programmes and market-specific training solutions.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events while managing associated logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness through data, reporting, and ROI analysis, making recommendations for continuous improvement and learning innovation.
• Manage learning systems, supplier relationships, learning records, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and tracking of all L&D activities.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering a broad range of training and development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles, best practices, and employee development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, deliver strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments, and navigate change, complexity, and ambiguity.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces, combined with a genuine passion for people development and continuous learning.
