This role sits in our UK Learning & Developing team and combines L&D Delivery Management with our Early and Emerging Talent programmes.
The role involves deploying global and local learning solutions at scale across all levels, ensuring consistency and quality in the learning portfolio aligned with business priorities. You will design and deliver a future-ready early careers strategy, managing Capgemini’s graduate, apprenticeship, and emerging talent programmes to be engaging and inclusive.
This high-profile role requires significant stakeholder engagement, including influencing senior leadership, industry partners, universities, and professional bodies.
Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, but you cannot work 100% remotely.

You will lead a team of learning professionals to design, execute, manage, and enhance learning propositions, embedding measurable impact, structured career pathways, and data-driven decisions to improve retention, engagement, and performance.
