About The Job You’re Considering

This role sits in our UK Learning & Developing team and combines L&D Delivery Management with our Early and Emerging Talent programmes.

The role involves deploying global and local learning solutions at scale across all levels, ensuring consistency and quality in the learning portfolio aligned with business priorities. You will design and deliver a future-ready early careers strategy, managing Capgemini’s graduate, apprenticeship, and emerging talent programmes to be engaging and inclusive.

This high-profile role requires significant stakeholder engagement, including influencing senior leadership, industry partners, universities, and professional bodies.

Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, but you cannot work 100% remotely.

Your role

You will lead a team of learning professionals to design, execute, manage, and enhance learning propositions, embedding measurable impact, structured career pathways, and data-driven decisions to improve retention, engagement, and performance.

Learning Delivery Management:
  • Ensure consistency of delivery across all learning offers.
  • Organize and deliver effective learning experiences.
  • Maintain understanding of business needs, skills, program content, and solutions.
  • Analyze KPIs and data to demonstrate learning impact and support continuous improvement.
Early and Emerging Talent Strategy:
  • Develop and lead the UK Early & Emerging Talent strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Design and improve early careers programs, including graduate and apprenticeship schemes.
  • Build partnerships with universities and industry bodies.
  • Manage team, budget, and develop dashboards for tracking retention, engagement, and impact.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Expertise in learning design, talent strategy, and competency models.
  • Knowledge of UK Early & Emerging Talent market trends, university engagement, and skills development.
  • Understanding of UK Apprenticeship legislation, funding, and levy rules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measuring business impact.
  • Ability to deliver clear data insights and storytelling visuals.
  • Passion for DEI and social mobility.
  • Experience presenting and influencing senior leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations.
  • Leadership experience and a passion for career development.
Your security clearance

You will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks, with no restrictions on nationality or residency, though recent residence outside the UK may require additional checks.
