The L&D Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering L&D strategies within a global professional services firm. This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about creating impactful training initiatives and driving organisational growth.

They are looking for someone to join on a Permanent basis working in the office on a Hybrid model.

Description

The L&D Business Partner will:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals focusing heavily on the early careers and graduate space.
  • Collaborate with Senior stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored programmes.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of training initiatives, including workshops and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programmes and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Support leadership teams in fostering a culture of growth and professional development.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in the Professional Services sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training delivery.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed.
