Position: KYC & Sales Support Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Deal Support
- Assist in preparing deal introductions, internal credit ratings, and applications for transactions led by senior team members.
- Support HQ in preparing credit applications and related documentation.
Execution & Monitoring
- Manage and update Know Your Client (KYC) documentation for existing clients.
- Prepare and review credit rating applications.
- Monitor borrower projects, including reviewing financial results, covenant compliance, and internal ratings.
- Maintain and circulate covenant checklists, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
- Conduct monitoring for investment projects.
- Investigate and report any irregularities in borrower performance.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Support internal applications for business travel, entertainment expenses, and reimbursements.
- Assist in planning external events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage confidentiality agreements and liaise with middle and back office teams.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by the Head of the department.
Potential Future Responsibilities
Subject to performance and business needs, the role may expand to include:
- Meeting coordination and internal briefing preparation.
- Subscription management for industry data services.
- Cross-team collaboration for internal reviews.
- Processing travel and entertainment expense claims.
- Supporting general expense claim procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in financial institutions or familiarity with loan documentation is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and market awareness.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
